ActionWaking up to an apocalyptic world is never the best thing to wake up to. Especially when she gets the nagging feeling that she's seen something like this before. The first day had not been too bad though; she'd just been wandering around town trying to look for friends or the Titans, or even her housemate, Sniper. She could worry about why

[Greed jumps down out of a tree, grimacing slightly at the jolt as his feet his the pavement.]

Go on girly, I can handle them.

[He's got a weapon from one of the cannibals he took out earlier.]

Greed!

(She watches as he turns to face her attackers. She wants to run, but she doesn't want to leave him. Quickly she picks up a stone from nearby and hurls it at a cannibal. At the very least, she can distract them while he takes them down.

Her brain is screaming at her to get out, but something inside her told her otherwise; that she NEEDED to do this. That she needed to...to...

...to save him?)

[He turns to look at her for a moment when the stone takes out one of the creatures.]

At least stick close, if you're not gonna go save yourself.

O-ok!

(She shifts behind him, and continues to pelt stones and other stuff lying on the ground at the cannibals. Hopefully Greed will be able to take out the rest of them.)

[He steals another weapon from the next cannibal he beats to the ground, and uses it on the last one.]

[Once they're all unmoving on the ground, he turns to her.]

At least these aren't like the zombies who infect everything they bite.

(She nods nervously.)

Y-yeah. I've seen movies with zombies like that, nearly everyone dies except the main hero and his girlfriend, and I'm definitely not either of them. Thanks for saving me Greed.

[This town is really driving him crazy now with all these events.]

(She nods and takes a few deep breaths to calm herself down before she asks:)

[He frowns.]

Gone somehow, that just means I gotta be extra careful.

(She brings her hand up to cover her mouth. Taking her hand away however reveals a blotch of blood. She stares at it, horrified.)
