I've cut back from 6 to 7 cigarettes per day gradually getting to the point where I am today.
36 hours, not a single drag or puff on a cigarette.
Starting to feel the full effects of non-smoking.
The real test is going to be getting through an on week of working without smoking. BUT! If I last for 10 weeks smoke free, work will give me 100 dollars.
...I can hold out.
