I met Greg Hawkes, keyboardist of The Cars, today!
Yes, this is awesome.
I had "Rock With You" in my head all day yesterday. This morning I woke up with "Baby Be Mine" in my head. By the time I got home, "Rock With You" had returned.
It sounds like someone is tagging the back of my building, 1 second of spray paint at a time, spaced out at 30 second->1 minute intervals.
In trying to come up with a page name for my facebook account, I found that most of the cool things I would use are already taken. Mattrim.Cauthon isn't taken, but he's one of the less admirable characters in the Wheel of Time series. Willow.Ufgood isn't taken, but while Willow is completely awesome, I don't feel I'm very similar to him. (Well, at least not in obvious ways.) Eventually I found out that Foxfire, a name I'd been considering for my band, is already used by another band. Which is a huge bummer, because I thought it was a great idea, aside from the fact that I feel it would immediately make people think of Firefox, which is completely different. At least Foxfire has a cool logo.
