I'm having a discussion here where my friend is claiming that nearly everyone pees in the shower.
Do you pee in the shower? Do most people you know pee in the shower?

(I do not pee in the shower, the person I'm talking to RYAN does. But I don't think people are gross who do.)

i wouldnt go as far as to say that most people do it every time that they shower and probably very few simply elect to pee in the shower over the toilet. That said, I would venture that most people have peed in the shower on numerous occasions.

also your friend is wrong, there really is nothing gross about it, and certainly even less than nothing gross about people that do. If peeing into a drain with a constant flow of water to wash it down is gross, then anyone who has ever peed in a urinal fits the bill.

Even though pee gets on the floor all around urinals, people traditionally wear shoes in urinals. They traditionally do not wear shoes in showers.

But people dont just pee anywhere in the shower indiscriminately, they generally aim it in the direction of the drain where people are far less likely to walk. Additionally, the water washes anything down within a few seconds so its not like you are walking around in puddles of pee. Just take a shower...pee in the direction of the drain...you will see that you dont pee on yourself and you dont dirty the floor or create any gross scenario, the pee just joins the general flow of water down the drain.

No, they just pee on the floor of the tub where everyone else will be standing. (Drains are not just a big hole, and thus it is inevitable that all the pee will not just go down the hole.)
