CHARACTER NAME: Axel
-EMPATHY: He doesn't feel emotions like a normal human, so if Charles reads him, he'll probably feel an aching emptiness and lack of emotion instead of any real feelings. Though, now in Facility, it's punctuated with spurts of feeling that are like waves, and a general calm that just kind of keeps the emptiness at bay even if it's still always there (if that makes any sense at all)
-TELEPATHY PROPER: He's never had any reason to veil his thoughts in his own head, so yes.
-LANGUAGE: Standard language... idefk
-HISTORY/MEMORIES: His memories work somewhat differently than normal people's too. He remembers the time before he was 22 in emotions, like what he was feeling and why, and the rest of it is again punctuated by the emptiness. But yes, have at it, and I can give any details if need be,
