Work has been going good. I'm really starting to get into the groove of most of the "managerial" aspects of things. Closing is so easy, I almost have it down after one close. Well, two. One observed, one on my own with supervision. But it's really easy. I'm def. not used to letting the Brand Reps (Sales Associates) do everything. Each night I've closed, I have started straightening things and KayCe tells me not to. I'm just not used to doing that. Anyway, opening is a little more complicated. I've done it more, but there's a lot to it. I do it again twice this week, so hopefully it all goes smoothly. I worked weird hours today. 8am-12pm and then 4-6:30pm. We had a floor move. Whoa, haven't done one of those in awhile! PS--Didn't miss it! LOL There are also a million brand reps. Seriously. There are like 11 of them. And we are still hiring like 10 more!! That's insane. I'll never remember their names and I feel bad for it already!
Friday night was a fun night. Angela and I got ready together to go to Jeff's play, Tom, Dick, and Harry. Lauryn and Jessie met us up there. It was a funny play. Jeff played Tom, which I did not realize was the main character, but that's all good. It was also British which was really funny with all the accents! But we had a good ole time! Dale was there, we haven't seen him in forever. Cool, cool. Jeff did really great in the role. There was this other guy who played like, an illegal alien and he had the funniest voice/lines. He had me rollin' in my seat!I never laughed so hard as I did when Jeff accidently broke his dollar on stage and you could see it wasn't meant to happen! LOL I saw his face and he smiled and all of us started laughing! LOL And Lauryn pretty much had the worst thing ever happen! When we came back from intermission and the lights when out before we reached our seats, and we tried to hurry back and Lauryn, poor girl, flied right into the arm rest! OUCH! Oh, but it was really funny too! There were a lot of old people there.. I don't think they liked us much! LOL Oh well!I think it would be cool for Angela to get involved with the Beechmont Players, that'd be fun! She's a good little actress.. And Lauryn and I are awesome supporters! We'll see every show! LOL
Anyways, after the show, us girls went to Perkins. I love my friends, like really. I don't see them enough so needless to say it's very rare when we all hang out like that. But I guess that makes it special! :) Then we decided to go to the Devil Church... And Angela and Lauryn scared the crap out of me and Jessie, not once, but TWICE! Losers. ;) That's okay.. You guys will get your turn, oh, when you least expect it!! Be afraid bitches.. Be very afraid. (Note: Bitches is a term of endearment with my ladies, no drama!) My friends are veryyyy fun people!
So this week. I don't have a day off until Thursday. That suckkkks. But I can deal. Friday night is our Halloween Party!! I can't wait. It's going to be super fun! Everyone's invited, only one rule: You must be dressed up! :) That's exciting. And then Saturday is Erin's Wedding, which I'm sure will be fun too! Then Halloween next week, then some random kid's birthday who shall not be getting a present but shall remain nameless. ;) Only kidding! And CheerCrazy is coming up and I can't wait because I know how hard my friends have been working on this competition! I'm sure it will be amazing! And FUN! :D Life is exciting. Woop for that.
Anyway. That's all for now! Peace out! :)
