[The communicator has been turned on, and its activation is not accompanied by a declaration of anger or fear, but merely puzzlement.]
Well, this is new. Can’t say I’m not used to smuggling rings shipping people out, but they don’t usually take pains to keep you comfortable. Or leave the door unlocked.
[Gunnar is very interested in the pretty, pretty

You're on a ship fulla crazy people, but there's free food and free room n'board and what not, so it's not so bad.
[Food sounded good right about then, honestly. A trip to the buffet might be in order. Bryn vaguely recalled hearing someone talking about ponk while she was waking up.]

I'm gonna want to hear about these crazy people more, but where's the free food?

Deck four has a buffet, or if you're in the mood for Japanese, the Kuma-ko is on deck eight. The bears are totally friendly though so don't freak out alright? If you're lucky you could also catch Zeke or Herz in Sergei's on ten...they're passengers but they'll cook for anyone if you ask nicely.
[The thought of sushi didn't appeal however, and Bryn grabbed some clothes intending to head for the buffet.]

[...Bears.]
...Right, bears, I'll keep that in mind. Thanks.
[And Gunn decides to brave the deck four buffet, because he hasn't eaten in 24 hours and he's really, really hungry. So, carefully cautious, he leaves his room, noting the number and the deck number, and heads to the buffet.
He arrives there soon enough, a man with a purpose, glancing around at anyone whose in there but not talking to them just yet. For all he knows its some kind of floating crazy house.]

"Went to the buffet to grab some food. If you stick around I'll bring you back some. --Bryn"
She exited the room quietly and made her way up to the buffet. Sunglasses might have been nice, as the light was a bit much for her at first, but she managed to make it there in one piece. Thank god for elevators.
Once she arrived, Bryn only had eyes for the food and headed straight for the to-go cartons by the plates.]

That's Bryn. That's his sister, Brynhildr, the one he's been looking for for the last 15 years, looking like she hasn't aged at all.
Gunnar doesn't even have words right now, to see her just casually picking up to-go boxes after being missing for so long.
Maybe he's wrong. He's pretty sure he's wrong, but he calls to her.]
Brynhildr?

She looked over to the guy and blinked, brow furrowed. She certainly didn't introduce herself as "Brynhildr" to anyone. Just Bryn.
Her brain was stalled. The guy looked vaguely familiar but it could have been someone she saw in passing while blitzed out of her mind last night.]
...yes? How do you know my name?
Reply
I would think I should know your name, considering I'm your brother.
[Pause.]
Its me. Gunnar.

He was alive. The Captain had brought him on board.
Her hands clenched into fists and Bryn's entire focus was on Gunnar. She'd told Blitz not all that long ago that she was sad she hadn't had the chance to kill her family herself, and now he'd gone and given her the opportunity.
Now he had the gall to just stand there talking to her calmly like it was no big deal? Bryn hissed through her teeth.]
Traitor. Get away from me.
[Food was completely forgotten. She spun around and moved to exit the buffet.]
Reply
But he can't let her walk away; he has to explain. He follows after her, reaching out to catch her arm.]
No -- Bryn, let me explain what happened!
Reply
Bryn smacked Gunn's hand away with a scream.]
Don't you dare touch me!
[She ran from the buffet. She couldn't think. She couldn't process. Her mind was flooded with memories of the past, all things she'd tried to forget now that she was happy on board. Goddammit, she'd been happy!]

Gunn is a dog with a bone, and he's not going to let it go, not without talking to her first.
So chasing Gunn will go after his sister. He's doing a decent job of catching up, shouting her name.]
Bryn! Bryn!

Leave me alone!
[Dammit. He wasn't lagging behind either. Fine. If he wanted Bryn that badly, he would get her. She ducked into a closet.]
Reply
When she ducks into a closet, Gunnar is confused. He slows down his pace to a light jog, and stops it completely when he nears the closet. He's... pretty sure its a closet, and not a set of elevators or a stairwell or a room, so he reaches to try to the doorknob.
He finds it open.]
Bryn?
[He sounds slightly out of breath as he opens the door, expecting to find his sister. What he does not expect is a panther. A very angry looking panther.
Holy shit.]
...Bryn...?
Reply
The door opened to the closet, and Bryn saw Gunn there, and growled.
When he spoke, she lunged, swiping at him.]
Reply
He does not have any way of fighting Bryn off, and really, she's his sister.]
Bryn! Stop!
[But he's still backing away.]
