Take the time today, Chelsea, to consider keeping yourself as healthy as you can. Think about whether you get enough rest, eat the right foods, take vitamins, exercise everyday - even just a little -, go to the doc's when you feel poor and take time to relax. All of these things go towards having a lifetime of good health. Living a long life is something we all want yet if you have to live with constant health problems, it might not be what you expected. Start now to care for your body.
