I would say, that after a review of the past year of LJ entries, that I have come a long way, and yet not so far at all.
I always surprise myself at how much I'm still the same person I've always been... with more experience, and mistakes, than before, but still the same heart. The way I see the world is unchanging... embued with beauty and grace struggling against the faults of humanity. I can imagine heaven when I imagine all the anger and fear out of the human race, and what the world might look like then.
