Tired
Missed posting yesterday due to being out all day at church and then lunch with family and then so tired by the time we got home though I zoned out once the kids were in bed.
IT was hard having lunch with family as there are still unresolved issues and I SO MISSED Tamsin to talk to her about them. I got through it but could have done without it. So I called up Natalie when I got home and she was almost as good so that's nice to have a friend to talk to about it all.
Today I am feeling weary as I decided today was cleaning up day but I had the next door neighbour kids in and out and mine were in and out of their house. I looked after the 18 month old for a little while. I have so forgotten what they are like but I also did remember that mine had baby gates so I could put them in the play room and do the washing up while they played as I watched them from the kitchen and the other thing Jordan was in someone else's hosue so fun to explore all the different things there are and so she just kept running around the house.
When she went back home I made banana and raspberry cakes and pear and pecan muffins and then the kids wanted to make something so I adapted my custard biscuits and made chocolate biscuits and we had fun making those.
In between I was doing dishes, hanging out laundry and now I am feeling weary. I also went for a bike ride this morning. Only 3.5 km this morning, yesterday I did 6 but I felt tired and didn't want to push myself too much and didn't want to make Daniel late as he is training all this week up at Appin which is about a 50 minute drive away and he had to leave at 7.
Need to make sure I ride every day this week as I can't get my swimming in. I should go for a swim on Wednesday but I am having my hair done instead. ;)
Today should be about Emily but I need to mop some floors and get other stuff done so I will update about Emily tomorrow. I've been watching old footage of Emily from just a year ago and I can't believe how grown up she is.
