Pampering

I have made an appointment for a pedicure and manicure today. Treating myself.
Tomorrow I have a massage booked.
The sun is shining and I cannot believe how warm it is. We just had our coldest June on record and now we have hit July and after the equinox to and it is supposed to be winter and cold. It is quite warm in the sun, cool in the wind but I started to feel too hot on the verandah. Granted I was (am) wearing black pants which heated up too quickly but felt quite pleasant in my white t-shirt.
Amazing weather - the garden doesn't know how to react. The roses keep flowering though we are supposed to prune them about now but seems horrible to cut off all those buds about to flower.
My other plants which weren't supposed to come up til Spring are springing up. All that rain and now this delicious warmth.
Molly has been enjoying the warmth though she just came in whining piteously. I have to show her that food is actually there, she needs me to pat her before she has something to eat. Cute really. We had the garage doors open so she could wander in and out - well D is working on installing a powerpoint in the garage so we can have automatic rollerdoors and that's why it is open but she still came to the screen door and whined to be let in and out. She likes having me wait on her.
Not much else to report. As you can tell - no baby yet.
