Hello again.
I just moved to a new city with Sam for a new job and I'm feeling a bit lonely.
We moved in February and I still haven't made any real connections with anyone. It has made me go back to my online life a bit. It has been a long time but live journal still feels just like it did 2 years ago.
I'm hoping to connect with some old friends and make new ones too. :)
So lets see, since I was last here I've gotten engaged, and we have an adorable kitten named Ollie. No wedding plans yet though, we want to save for a house first. <3
I've moved to a new city for a new job as a Food Service Administrator for my Theatre company. It is 9am-5pm which is the main reason I was willing to relocate. It is incredibly challenging and to be honest, making me wonder if it was the right choice.
But the move has inspired me in other ways. I've gotten back on the weight-loss train. I bought a treadmill and I am training for my first 5K.
Having all this extra time to myself in addition to a firm work schedule has made it easier to focus on my health.
I think that is enough for now.
