I just finished typing my outline for lit on Helter Skelter. The Manson Family murders were just so..out there. Is it immoral that I'm so intrigued by him? Don't get me wrong, I'm not any sort of murderer or supporter of him, I just think his beliefs were so mind-boggling and I want to know more so I can better comprehend what happened. It's like some wild, fanatical story that happens to be true. How could a person possibly live and truly think the way he does? It's inconcievable. If you have never read Helter Skelter, you really really need to.
