Pete has a girlfriend. It's funny, they've been together only a few days and he already says he loves her. Nonetheless, he showed me pictures of her and she's very pretty and I am 100% happy for him. Plus now I don't feel bad for not bringing up my relationship.
I got my turquoise converse today in the mail! That's what I like about those shoes. I already have 3 pairs, so I know exactly my size and have no problem ordering them online. I hate the look of new shoes though, it makes me want to run through mud puddles and leave them in the sun.
Today at the old folks home there were about ten really old, wrinkly people bowling with plastic bowling balls, it was adorable. They all cheered for each other. I went in for "orientation" (translation - 2 hours of paperwork and a 5 minute tour). I saw Erica Morse there today and talked to her for a bit, she seems really nice so that's good. I start on Monday..and I'm actually excited.
My cold is getting worse and my throat kills. I hope it's not any more than just a cold...
