Oh what a night! :-D
Last night I went to my first Red Sox game ever...EVER. Nick and I left at 4:30. Great time to leave...there was like no one on the red line at all. We had some nice talks on the T. Nick, I'm done with that, I've deicded. So yeah we went to Park Street so switch trains, it was pretty crowded and these nice guys were talking to us and let us get off the trains. LOL I think they thought we were younger. w/e. Nick let me borrow her Mueller shirt and Im wearing it to work today! thanks Nick. haha Im a scrub!
It was such a beautiful day. We got to Fenway and sat in our seats and got some sun. We were the only ones in our row there...so we were hoping that 2 cute guys our age would have the seats next to us...no such luck...but there were 2 guys 2 seats down from us...we'll get to that later. We had this wicked annoying family next to and behind us. The kid was so annoying, the parents kept swearing and were fighting, they kept hitting us with their stuff, and they kept getting up and since we were on the end we kept having to get up too, but not once did they say thank you. Unlike the other 2 guys who were 2 seats down from us everytime they were like thank you, Im sorry. We didn't care about them. One of them called me sweatheart and they said we were so nice. aww. they were nice guys!
This poor guy in front of us was old and had a cane and he kept having to get up for people...we felt so bad. Then some guy was walking down the stiars with his beers and he fell but amazingly he didn't spill any beer! haha it was kinda funny. There were some fights and stuff.
The game was awesome. We were losing for a while, but in the 9th some fan came from outta the stands and was running on the field, they were trying to get him and 2 security guys went to get him and they ended up on the ground and the fan was still running then they eventually caught him. That really got the fans excited! Then the Sox pulled out a win in the 9th it was so awesome!! Everyone was screaming and flipping out!
Then the guys who sat 2 seats away who we made friends with came over. They shook our hands and said they enjoyed sitting next to us at the game. LOL then the other one stopped and shook my hand but held onto it and wanted to know how old I was...then they asked us if we wanted to party with them cuz of the win! We said no thanks. lol def not going anywhere with people I dont know. haha
We left and everyone was just so happy and having a good time! We got on the green line, got to Park street and back on the red line. We made it all the way to Quincy Center, the stop before ours and the train breaks down so we all have to get off and get a bus! Then like 5 buses go by before one actually stops for us and we all crammed in...it was very tight! LOL we didn't even know where we were going...we just hoped it was the right place. And it was.
We decided we wanted the spa so we went there it was fun...Bill, Renee and Dre were working...so it was fun we told stories and stuff and everyone asked us how the game was! :-)
Bill is giving his new shoes today...he bought the wrong ones so he's coming in to visit and giving me his shoes. I feel bad cuz he won't let me pay for them or anything and I really want to. He said I was making him feel bad cuz he wanted to give me the shoes and be a nice guy. So yeah I gotta figure out something to do for him cuz I feel bad!
