(no subject)
Friday night I worked 5-11. I didn't feel well so it kinda sucked. EVERYONE asked what was wrong and why I was in a bad mood. Scott came in and he didn't feel well either. Todd and his crew came in and we talked about pilates and such. lol funny. Dre and Nick came in and we decided that I'd work for her Sat night since I couldn't work Sat day. The night was pretty good, busier than we thought. The down stairs lounge not open so not cool. Nikki and Sarah came in so I sat them and that was about all we talked. Nancy was like why are you in a bad mood? I was like I don't feel well. She was like are you sure that's all? I was like yes. what the hell?! she said something about me not being in a good mood at all lately. whatever. and I love working w/ Shirley, she's so cute, she has all these names for me. aww.
Saturday I had the CORE semester planning session meeting. It was from 10- I dono lol I had to leave at 2:30. It was long but it seems like it should be a good semester so that should be good. I gotta make sure I get the nights for the dates I missed from Justin. hmm. I should do that soon. We have like younger people this semester which will be good, cuz last semester Justin and I were the only two younger ones.
Worked last night. Can I just say how much I love working Sat nights when Jeff and Scott bus. They are so funny. So I got there in the best mood, I don't know why. Met the new hostess she seems nice. I was like talking to Scott a lot of the night and like joking with him. We have new nicknames for each other. I'm J Flash and he's Superman! haha it was funny. you had to be there I guess. Scott and Chris came in so I sat them like wicked fast and they were like omg. thank you. I actually had Scott(bus boy) clean a table for them. He was like if Dick knew you'd be in trouble. I was like yeah, w/e. SO I sat them. Scott (bus boy) said something stupid while they were there, nice. I hope they didn't hear it. :-\ There was a wait and a lot of people last night and big parties and they cut a hostess so we were kinda screwed but we made it through. :-) Then Laurie, Cassandra (this girl who was in my eng class) and 2 guys came in. LOL they seemed really nice, one of the guys once flirted w/ me for a table! haha. So I got them in really quick too. :-) Good thing about knowing people who work at resturants! ;-)
Jeff and I didn't really get to talk like normal cuz it was kinda busy all through. But I wacked him on the ass w/ menus and he said he would wack mine w/ the rag but he didn't cuz that would just be mean. haha. But he threw something at me anyways so yeah that was mean. Anna, her cousins and Kev came in, we talked for a few. It was nice. Mr Homer came in, he looked at me, I sat him but it was like a big party so I didn't realize so I'm glad I didn't see him. I didn't notice he was there til Scott told me, he looked at me, but I pretended not to notice. Right near the end of my shift I learned some good info from Jeff. I learned about the "Candy Man" and not to eat the candy he gives you, haha I actually got candy last night. Jeff was like DON'T eat it! lol not like I would anyway. Then I learned about one of the bus boys, Heather took part in this convo a little too! haha so Im steering clearing of that. Lol and we had a convo about people who are full of themselves. Good convos.
So I might have gotten myself another job last night, but I don't know. But I don't want to jinx it so I'm not saying anything about it! :-)
