(no subject)
Because it is 2am in the morning and I'm not the least bit tired I've decided to update this little journal of mine.
I went shopping today by myself at Walmart. I find shopping by myself much more enjoyable sometimes than with other people, just for the fact that you can take as much time as you need.
So I bought a pair of non slip shoes for work, and they are ugly but required. Also got another pollo shirt, in the girls department even! But I had to get a large because it was the only one they had, and it was also long. Also got some cargo pants, which are comfortable but too big for me. AND I got a really really comfortable pair of men's pajama pants. They are awesome. Oh, and I got a hoodie for like 7 bucks. Strange because its EXACTLY the same one I bought last year with Astrid. (Remember when we found them for cheap at Walmart? Yeah. Got another one.) Same color and everything, idetical except I got a medium instead of a small. And its also more comfortable because it hasn't been washed so much.
I made my very own schedule for my classes this year. Did it all by myself on Microsoft Word and it looks really good and it's all very organized and easy to follow. My schedule is as follows:
Monday: Algebra (10-10:50), Public Speaking (2-2:50), Computer Science (5:45-7)
Tuesday: New Page (9:30-10:45), New Page Discussion (3-3:50), English (4:20-5:35)
Wed: Algebra (10-10:50), ELS (1-1:50), Public Speaking (2-2:50), Computer Science (5:45-7)
Thurs: New Page Discussion (3-3:50), English (4:20-5:35)
Friday: Math (10-10:50), Public Speaking (2-2:50)
And I hate that I have like, late afternoon/early evening classes but it was the only time slot availible that wasnt at 8am.
And just for the record I have no idea what ELS is. I think its some orientation class or something that's gonna be a total bore, but it came with the english and public speaking for some reason. I'll probably be skipping it.
I like my Thursday because I can sleep in until whenver I wake up cause my class isn't till 3.
And I still haven't gotten my ODU rooming assignment. It's supposed to come in this week, but I'm inmpatient. Because NOW I have to worry about not one, but TWO roommates because of housing shortage. But its only till October and we're getting a 200 reduction in the housing rate, as well as a 30 dollar gift certificate for me. Huzzah.
Lets see, what else to say, what else to say.
I had a 'talk' if you will with someone, and some stuff got put out in the open finally. So that was good.
I just recieved 3 books from amazon with one more on the way. I can't get into the sci-fi book, but I already read one of the others and it was okay. Looking forward to Rangers at Roadsend because its the one I was really looking forward to. I'l begin reading after posting this overly long and in depth entry. And in a few days I'll get the last one thats almost 600 pages and about the Renessance Faire in old time England. It got very good reviews.
So far my total lesbian book count (including the one that is on its way) is up to: 14
And the lezzie movies: 9...plus both seasons of the L word...and all 6 seasons of Xena
AAH! As I was looking and counting my lesbian movies I found my If These Walls Could Talke 2 DVD. It was in a clear cd case UNDER the box in my 'special hiding place'. Which I've all but taken down. Everything else is compleatly out in the open on my bookcase. And both seasons of The L Word are just sitting at the top of my closet, not covered or anything.
Hmm what else. Well I haven't really been doing Ms. Lawhorn's wedding video. I haven't felt like it. I TOLD her not to pay me until I finished it but she didn't listen, so now I'm not motivated because they already paid me. But I'll finish it. I'll probably work on it tomorrow. Its just that my computer has been so slow.
Well I think I've bascially exhasted my ablity to talk any further.

PS: Just so you know, ELIZABETH AND ASTRID, I'm well aware that I've misspelled things in this. And I was going to correct all of them...but as I clicked spell check and it came up I noticed that I made SO MANY errors that to correct them all would take longer than actually writing this entry. So stuff it.
