I don't know if it's possible to sign a bobblehead, but people have been asking me to try. It's next to impossible to get the quilltip to make a mark on the base, though. I don't even want to think about trying to mark up my backside. Oh, Merlin. I'm not sure who went redder, the young nurse or me.
But the Order ceremony wasn't so bad, I suppose. I met some friends and (I hope) made new ones as well. I keep hearing that the war's over and it's the time to rebuild, so I figure I ought to try that with my personal life. The box with the medal in it is on the mantle, above the fireplace. And I still mean what I said at the ceremony. Merlin knows, I don't need the money as much as Hogwarts and St. Mungos do. I just hope it'll help a bit.

I've added a wreath atop the medal box. Mum's gumwrappers. The chain's grown too large for me to keep it all in my pocket and I figure it'd fit there better. It's draped along the box as best as I can manage. It's not perfect, but I think I still need to add more wrappers to make it long enough. Hopefully no one'll really notice it and I won't have to explain it. It'd take too long to explain anyway.
Mum and Dad, it was for you. Everything that earned me the award. It was really all for you.
