I think it's the insane amount of stupid being force fed to them thanks to the No Child Left Behind Act, at least that's the excuse I have for the US. Oh and their parents would be in their mid thirties and, unless they're Japanese, they're probably selfish assholes. XD

In fact when I met him on the intertubes I thought he was like.. 16-17. Anyway, he was so shocked the otherday, his friend Hollie asked him if he'd like to FINGER her and he swore their friendship would never be the same DX And Hollie is 12. 12!!!

But... but I only ever RPed Loki as a panther a few times, or when he was fighting/playing! 96% of the time he was human or in a half-shifted form! And he doesn't always hump as a cat! Only sometimes when he's feeling very kinky! *grin*
