Res Evil 4 Movie? I Think Not!
Turns out there's a new Resident Evil movie in the making... I'm not sure how to feel about this. Nor do I know what I should feel about Wentworth Miller playing Chris Redfield. My first instinct was to squee when I saw that Chris would be in this movie (FUCKING FINALLY!!!) but now... my heart has plummeted and I have little hope that this movie will be worth going to see in the cinema.
And that is saying a LOT coming from a zombie fan, and a HUGE Res Evil fan!
I could be wrong. This could be a very, very good movies, better than the last two (I still hate Apocalypse for killing off Carlos, the bastards!!!) and blow all other zombie movies out of the water! But, considering they're speeding up production to have it out by next year... I'm not holding my breath.
Now, if you wanna see an amusing zombie movie, then check out Zombieland. It's rather good fun~ I was a little nervous about it at first, because the trailers looked odd... But I figured it was a zombie movie, so I may as well give it a look-see~ And I was glad I did! It had scary ass zombies who RAN! Fucking RAN at you! I'll admit, I like my zombies slow and dumb, not fast on their pins. That is a whole new level of shitting-my-pants-scared!
If I end up in a zombie apocalypse with zombies that run... I'm digging myself a hole and hiding until someone either comes to save me or I die! Then again... I could always get myself to a roof and sniper the bastards as they wander past....... hm... that sounds fuuun~ Or wire streets so that when they run down them they chop their heads off! This would be a double edged sword, as anyone human that ran down those rigged streets would... well... you get the picture, I'm sure~
