the good, the bad, and a lot of the ugly
okay....well today has not been cool. i finally got some sleep only to
be late for work. (another reason sleep must be sacrificed kate) then
at work i get a call about halfway through the day with just about the
worst news i could have gotten. we got our truck...the dawn treader as
it is called....an awesome 78 bronco....stuck in a mud pit while off
roading about a week and a half ago. since then we have been trying
every way we knew to get it out including trying to get some
construction workers to take their boom back there and pull it out. but
for some reason we kept coming oh so close and failing. we got two
other vehicles stuck in the process (both of which we got out fine),
the scout blew its rear main seal, and the tow trucks (even with
freaking four wheel drive) wouldn't drive back to it....yet we took a
caprice station wagon back there! so we finally bought a 678 dollar
wench and this moring were going to wench it out. well this moring we
got a call from the police department saying they had pulled it
out that morning....how? well the truck was sufficiantly lighter ...
considering most of it is not there now! the freaking night before some
assholes tried to steal it and when they couldn't get it out...they lit
it ON FIRE! what the hell is that?!!?!?! i am so pissed off i'm
cursing. i cried when i found out. i loved that truck like crazy...and
now it is gone. completely gone. sometimes i hate the world. this has
got to be the worst holiday season of my life .... i can not begin to
describe all that has happened in my life in the last two months...it's
scary. ok...but I'm ticked off so i'm not going to write anymore....
