Now the only thing left to do is get your applications filled out and turned in.
We're going to be signing the lease sometime in the first week of April, so make sure to have a good amount of money on hand to pay for deposit, last month's rent and the like.

Call us if you have any difficulties with the application and for important information (such as our future address). The house is a cookie-cutter, but it's quite spacious and they hooked us up with the roomiest 4 bdrm they've got. Two stories, two livingrooms, eccentric streaking neighbors, the works.
So once you've got about 30 minutes of free time, you NEED to fill these applications out! They MUST be complete by the time we sign the lease!
