tubing down the river
Today was wonderful. It easily fits in there with the best days of my life. There wasn't one thing or moment about today that was great, in fact there were several that were downright akward, but today brought back many of the better feelings from childhood. I dont think it is possible for me to put it into words that would justify it. Today temporarily suspended all of the worries, concerns, etc that are dealt with at finals time. For a period of several hours all concerns were washed away by the river's current and we were like children again. It was hard for me to leave that parking lot and return to the world of a college student. I would gladly go back there again, if only for the beauty and calm of the river itself.
