Charlie is kind of a snoop. Before she went running around Gotham pretending to be Batgirl, she had already learned the secret identities of pretty much the entire bat-family, and she kinda called them by their first names a lot until Oracle made her stop.

In a new place, she's...still a snoop. So more than likely she can figure out your characters

Sure, you can go ahead and spy on mine.

Not sure what you'd see; probably him snooping around himself and writing things in a notebook with his godawful handwriting; good luck reading it.

He'll occasionally stop by the police office, and not do much more than ask around and be a pest until he gets a feel for them all too, since he's a cop in the making and he'd rather know what he's joining than just go ahead and apply for a job.

You can feel free to snoop on Flash and know who he is. He's pretty busy these days, but goes on frequent jogs around the city when there aren't demons swarming all over it.

As for Devica (bainestech), well, she mostly sits in her room all day in front of her computer. Not much there.

She can stalk Joker if she wants, bearing in mind that the man is weirdly talented at disappearing when he wants to.

Let me know if you ever want to plot anything! I probably can't give blanket permission for this guy but plotting I *CAN* do.

I'm totally cool with her spying on Zee (and, lol, knowing her "secret identity"). Honestly, I think Zee would probably really like her.

I don't think she'd see much anything special, unless she got an invite into Shadowcrest and then... just weird esoteric stuff.

As for Ghaleon (pariahdom), he'll probably know she's following him and let her see only what he wants her to, which might on occasion be something like an awesome display of power or maybe four hours of book-shopping or slowly eating his lunch purposefully before disappearing -- he's a douche like that.

Obviously, if you'd like to plot with either, I'd be more than happy to chillax with Charlie (or Courtney!), especially when it comes to Zee.

I... don't really know what she'd see- it depends on his mood, where he is, what he's doing. But I'm assuming she won't see anything approaching nice.
