Japan - 18 to 24 Sep 2013
I can't remember when I started being a fan of Arashi. I remember it started being a fan of Nishikido Ryo (i still love him~~~~ :D)... and then Ryo-chan co-starred with Nino in Ryusei. I guess it started from there? And there came a point of time my real life was like shit and I needed some kind of distraction... and NEWS doesn't has any variety shows + Kanjani8 ones are hardly subbed... which eventually led me to watching vsA & HnA and eventuall AnS in 2011? and... somewhere in 2011 when i started watching Scene Con... the whole fangirl thingy exploded! :D and it didn't stop since then... and i guess i'm a fan for... 3 yrs?
and i always have this in mind... to attend kokuritsu concert one day!! and my dream was ALMOST dashed when i heard that the stadium is going to be tore down for olympics. and due to some reasons, i couldn't see Sho-chan for Nazodi premiere... and i guess it's a bit out of impulse? i bought Arafes 2013 tix! :D so off to japan!! :D and it's my first solo trip!! all because of these 5 people. awesome?
First solo trip! ♥
18 - reached Tokyo at 11am... after countless times of changing trains... and getting lost... reached Highland Resort Hotel & Spa at 8pm. went for onsen.
19 - woke up late. had breakfast buffet. checked out. went to fujiQ. reached Tokyo Hotel (Sakura hotel at Hatagaya) by 8? can't remember. and went out for some good ramen. :D
20 - Meiji Jingu... arashi goods at kokuritsu... Asakusa.. and lastly Tokyo Skytree. :D
21 - Tokyu hands at Shibuya (had pancakes! bought Jill Stuart!) and Arashi Concert!!! ♥ ♥ and then... mos for dinner! or rather supper. LOL.
22 - KAMAKURA day trip! beach, temples, big buddha! and some shopping.
23 - BIRTHDAY TRIP! to Mt Takao! :D had soba, ice cream, goma dango... after which went ikebukuro to get my PANDORA CHARMS! *cue happiness!!* and then... Tokyo Tower because i haven't seen it... after which went Ginza for Teppanyaki!
24 - hwh! :D
nope, i didn't take JAL. i took SCOOT instead. hohoho.
I bought NEX & Suica package from here:
i really think it is worth it! :D though i took me a while to find the store.

Narita Express (NEX) is really gooooood!!

It has English/Chinese/Korean~ :D
i will want to go Chiba next time!

I was totally sick of taking train and i'm finally on my last train...

after getting lost for 1hr or so and with the kind help of kind japanese... i'm finally in my hotel room!!!
i went onsen and it's a really really good exp!! :D it was awkward at first... but really gooood! i want to go again~~~

after which i headed out to have my one & only ramen! :D ordered a bit too much. LOL. but it was really really good!!! :D
next day... headed to meji jingu!
my only good fortune of the trip!
happened to see a wedding ceremony... i think jap one is worse than chinese. LOL. so tiring~~~
took me a while to take a photo of the spider~~
after meiji jingu... i went to get Arashi goooooods!! :D
and they were having rehearsal inside!!!
& after which... i went Asakusa~ :D
i got a bad mikuji here~ :(

and yes i'm still not going home.. i'm heading to Tokyo Skytree!
the full moon~~ almost. i think.
i finally had my first proper meal in Tokyo Skytree~
And on that day... i went Shibuya for a good brunch! and some shopping...
before heading back to hotel to prepare myself:
& it's CONCERT TIME!!! :D
i almost teared when listening to still... & 5x10.
after which i had dinner at mos:
awesome! they should have this in Singapore!!!
and ended with AnS :D
so on sunday... because i was too poor to attend the concert twice... i went KAMAKURA!!
FINALLY it's my bday and last day in Japan... & of course... i eventually decided to go Mt takao~ :D
decided to have this first (because i woke up late...) to avoid the crowd.
how to eat this? break the egg and pour the egg + grated yam into the soba... and eat! :D really nice!! :D
i took the chair lift instead of cable car...
check out the crowd... so i decided to eat them later... but i still had my ice cream!! :D
did what arashi did that time!

and something to accompany me for that awful 40+min walk down...
after Mt Takao... i headed to ikebukuro to get my pandora charms!! :D
and one last top (i thought) for the day... Tokyo Tower!!
I forgot... there is this doraemon exhibition...
after which... i decided to go for this awesome teppanyaki for my bday at ginza~~
the most exp meal i paid for myself ever! :D
& ended the day with sho-chan! :D
so this marked the end of my trip... i don't think i suit solo travel.. but i will still travel alone if i can't find anyone to go with me. Don't waste time waiting... GO!
