The haze we see
Comes straight through you
To hide what's left between
A maze of thoguhtless motion
Keeping your notions clean
But just beyond
The Bruising Wall
Lay more than what you know
And just beyond
This sightless fall
Lay days when you can show
The trees that you have sundered
The memories you have grown
But just beyond
The Bruising Wall
Lay more than what you know
The deeds you flee
Are overgrown
From what you leave unseen
But like the birds of Heaven's light
All things must be set free
For just beyond
The Bruising Wall
Lay more than what you know
And just beyond
This sightless fall
Lay days when you can show
So though the fall may hurt you
Although the wall will break
Move one more step forward
And take this leap of faith.
Trust that the tree will keep you
Trust that the trees will know
That though your deeds did hurt them
We make mistakes to grow
