Just look at how many starlets attended this year's Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party, held on September 26, in Beverly Hills.
From youngest to oldest:
Quvenzhane Wallis, 11 (dancing inside the event with young actor Garrett Wareing)
Annie, Quvenzhane's first major post-Beasts of the Southern Wild role and her musical debut, is set to open this Christmas. She and costar Jamie Foxx (whose daughter Corinne, 20, also attended the party) recently held a special sing-along screening of Annie to benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters.
In
this interview with The New York Times earlier this month, she said: You have to be serious, but you also have to make your own time to have fun. I tell jokes, I laugh with the people on set, I play with the director. Then I try to pay attention and see what I have to do. When I need to cry, I think of very sad things, mostly about animals. My favorite animal is a polar bear. They're going extinct, and I really don't want that to happen." Quvenzhane can also burp on cue.
Rowan Blanchard, 12
This dress almost looks like an alteration of the one that Rowan wore to the
Maleficent premiere in May, which McKaley Miller also wore to the
Young Hollywood Awards in July.
Bailee Madison, 14 (inside the event with Liana Liberato, 19)
A few days before the party, Bailee turned heads in a seriously stunning white dress and cape at the
premiere of season four of Once Upon a Time. Bailee guested on seasons one and two of the show as young Snow White.
Willow Shields, 14
This dress would probably be cute if the flower sew-ons weren't so ruffly and distracting.
G Hannelius, 15 (inside the event with McKaley Miller, 18, and Rowan Blanchard)
After the party, G
tweeted: I had so much fun at the Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party!! great friends + great music + amazing view!
Amandla Stenberg, 15
Since her most famous role as Rue in The Hunger Games, Amandla has guested on Sleepy Hollow and costarred with
Kiernan Shipka, 14, in the third installment of her short video Child Psychologist.
Peyton List, 16 (inside the event with Kaitlyn Dever, 17, and the Young Hollywood issue of Teen Vogue magazine, with
Chloe Moretz, 17, on its cover)
Peyton has been attending so many events lately. She was everywhere at
New York Fashion Week, and earlier this week, appeared at a Back-to-School Expo in Albany, NY. Check out her heels here -- don't they look almost painful?
Madison Pettis, 16
I've always been a fan of Madison's naturally curly hair, so seeing her here, I had the same reaction that I get to see
Abigail Breslin in that blonde dye-job: "But her hair is so pretty naturally! Why is she doing that to it?" In their defense, I can understand why they want to try a different look, and hey, we all do dumb things as teenagers.
Bella Thorne, 16
Midriffs have been a big thing this year, so I get the tube top. But Bella's and Peyton's baggy pants both made them look so short and squat (especially Bella's) that it's hard to understand the decision.
Ariel Winter, 16 (with Sarah Hyland, 23)
I really like the simplicity of Ariel's little black dress, and the oversized gold safety-pins at her shoulders add flair.
Hailee Steinfeld, 17
Hailee was probably trying to add some flair too, but the embellishments at her collar look more silly than stylish.
Debby Ryan, 21
