Miley Cyrus, 18. Way too formal a dress for this event.
Selena Gomez, 17. She always wears sweet outfits. The top strikes me as something that Emma Watson would wear.
Miranda Cosgrove, 17. Pretty in pink.
Keke Palmer, 17. This is an awkward pose, and the dress was more flattering on her than this shot makes it seem.
AnnaSophia Robb, 17, and Lorraine Nicholson, 20. In keeping with their new movie Soul Surfer, they're surfer-chic and age-appropriate.
Sammi Hanratty, 15. How I hate to say this, but she looks like a little hooker. All the more disturbing because she still looks much younger than 15.
Willow Smith, 10. Well, what can you say? Her concoctions always leave me speechless.
