Teen Vogue Young Hollywood Party

Oct 04, 2010 23:33

Teen Vogue Magazine held their 8th Annual Young Hollywood Party at Paramount Studios on October 1st, and starlets from all over entertainment packed the event. (October 1st was a busy day for young actresses! Chloe Moretz's Let Me In and Jodelle Ferland's Case 39 both opened that day.) Here are photos and bits of news for a few of the girls who were there.

Madeline Carroll, age 14. We love Madeline, but we've also seen her look better. She attended the party fresh back from Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week in New York City. Her latest movie Flipped is in theaters now.

Elizabeth Gillies, age 17. Immediately after the party, Elizabeth flew to New York City to attend the Broadway in Africa Benefit. She's currenty filming a crossover movie between her Nickelodeon series Victorious and Miranda Cosgrove's iCarly.

AJ Michalka, age 19, has recently been cast in JJ Abram's upcoming thriller Super 8, which is set for release in 2011 and will co-star 12-year-old Elle Fanning.

Kay Panabaker, age 20. Kay's new ABC series No Ordinary Family debuted in September. The show centers around a family with superpowers, and Kay plays telepathic daughter Daphne.

Keke Palmer, age 17, wore a metallic tweed strapless dress and t-strap sandals. Keke recently revealed that she has been offered a role in Marvel's latest comic-book movie Runaways, prompting much speculation about which teen superhero she might play.

Shailene Woodley, age 18, attended hand-in-hand with her Secret Life of the American Teenager co-star Francia Raisa, age 22. She wore a Michael Kors rose dress with a bar belt and cage pumps. (Points to her for donning some color! You might have noticed that every other young actress on our list wore black, white, or gray, making Shailene's pink dress very refreshing.)

Other young actresses who attended the event included Ashley Argota, Daveigh Chase, Victoria Justice, Meaghan Martin, Jennette McCurdy, Haley Ramm, and Emma Roberts.
