- The Addams Family. The delightfully evil Wednesday (Christina Ricci) enjoys studying the Bermuda Triangle, beheading her dolls, and plotting ways to kill her brother. "I'm a homicidal maniac. They look just like everyone else."
- The Amityville Horror. A family moves into a house where a murder took place, and daughter Chelsea (Chloe Moretz) befriends Jodie (Isabel Conner), the ghost of a murdered girl. "Jodie won't hurt you. But the man who lives here, she says he's bad."
- The Bad Seed. Cute little Rhoda (Patty McCormack) happens to be filled with violent rage and drowns a boy who beat her in a school contest. "Why should I feel sorry? It was Claude Daigle who got drowned, not me."
- The Exorcist. Regan (Linda Blair) is just a sweet, normal 12-year-old... until she gets possessed by the devil, speaks in a deep male voice, and masturbates with a crucifix. "You're going to die up there."
- Hide and Seek. Emily (Dakota Fanning) draws pictures of people dying, stabs her dolls, and has a mysterious imaginary friend who kills a cat. "She slit her wrists and drowned in the bathtub. Let's hope you don't wind up like her."
- Interview with the Vampire. Claudia (Kirsten Dunst) looks innocent, but she's actually a vicious hundred-year-old vampire trapped in a child's body. "Goodnight, sweet prince, may flights of devils sing you to your rest."
- The Little Girl Who Lives Down the Lane. Young Rynn (Jodie Foster) lives all alone in a huge old house, and those who come around asking questions mysteriously disappear. "Get out of my house. I'm warning you."
- Orphan. Little orphan Esther (Isabelle Fuhrman) gets adopted by a loving family, but she has a secret and will kill anyone who comes too close to discovering it. "I'll cut your hairless little prick off before you even figure out what it's for."
- The Ring. We never find out how or why angelic-looking Samara (Daveigh Chase) drives her parents (and others) insane by projecting visions into their minds. "You don't want to hurt her anymore, now, do you?" "But I do."
- Silent Hill. Troubled little Sharon (Jodelle Ferland) is revealed to be a doppelganger of a girl who became evil after being burned alive by a cult. "The fear and pain turn to hate, and the hate starts to change the world."
- Village of the Damned. Mara (Lindsey Haun) is the leader of a group of strange, identical, psychic kids -- who are revealed to be aliens masquerading as human children. "We have to survive no matter what the cost."
