[Accidental Video] What are safety precautions?
[When the device first clicks on, it's only audio as the screen shows only black. It's a little muffled, but, the sound of someone humming to himself, occasionally switching to words, can be heard well enough. What can also be heard, drowning out the 'music' from time to time is the harsh sound of wind; almost as if someone were really high up.
After a moment, there comes the sound of fabric rustling and the video clears and shows a roof. Judging from the street and people beyond the roof, it's the top of a very tall building. Jack's face fills the screen as he brings the device in his hand up for him to see, and notices the video recording light on.]
....Oops....Damn.

[OOC: Jack is feeling better (by his standards) and has decided to go roof-standing/people-watching.....on a really tall building. If you want action, feel free, but, yelling up to him from the street might not work so well with how loud and 'blowy' the wind is being.]
