Hi everyone who's still on LJ and still bothering to read when they see the icon of a person who hasn't posted a single entry in nearly a full year! I haven't been here in so long, the site has changed a LOT and it seems to be a lot slower, too. I regret not posting for so long, by far the longest complete silence I've ever had on LJ. It was one ( Read more... )

Still here, Ironically, I was going to PM you this week and ask if you were okay. I pretty much assumed you were grieving since the last I heard of your grandmother, it sounded like she wasn't going to live much longer. :( I see so much of my future in you, or at least some aspects ( like my love for Norco and my dependence and love for my grandparents and the ultimate fucking reality that they will outlive me and leave me ALONE, even though I might be well off, but well off isn't shit if you are unhappy and you hate your parents and don't have any other family, and only a few friends.) IDK, some part of me hopes that maybe my boyfriend of three years will start turning into something serious, but then I actually have to show emotion and communicate on a regular basis like a normal person when my ways of showing affection are probably not the norm, and just even if I totally fall in love with him or something else, they'll never be like the family I'll eventually lose. Life is fun.

As for the skin thing, yeah, that definitely is some kind of infection, and wouldn't rule out STAFF or MRSA, but but all cases are as scary as they professionals tell you. It only gets really BAD if it gets close to the bone or too the bone, so its good to get the right anti-botics to kick it in the ass before it gets deeper into the skin. Other then that, it could also be auto-immune related. Often after severe stress, auto-immune skin disorders come out of the wood work, and the pus you explained is one kinds that I've seen. Many Lupus patients get their skin attacked that way (not that you have Lupus, its just most commonly seen with Lupus patients, but it can be just stand alone auto-immune skin disorder. If it that, sun-light irritates it, and rapid changes in temperature will also aggravate it to no end. For some people light for the TV screen will bug the areas affected too, but you can cover the sores or get a screen protector thing that blocks the light that pisses it off. If it is auto-immune it should go into remission eventually, and usually medications jump start that. Those are my best guesses based on what I have seen. They also sound a lot like bed sores, but the areas you have sound a bit strange for that and you'd have to sleeping or putting pressure on those areas A LOT to get those.

As for fandoms, all mine have been games. The Walking Dead series was really fucking good. As far as the whole vampire hunter thing, I saw the movie and laughed my fucking ass off, because it was damn horrible that it was impossible to take it seriously. The end was really funny, when his friend goes, "see you at the theater." I don't think I could read the book after being fucked in the face by the movie.

And I so need to watch Breaking Bad. Its on Netflix, but some new fucking game comes out (like Tomb Raider) and well that'st that.

I'm glad to know you are alright, well alive anyway, and feeling well enough to post. *hugs*

I never got a chance to reply to this comment before I lost internet for several months, so I want to tell you now how much it means to me to read this. Out of everyone, you were the one person I was SURE would comment on my entry no matter how long it'd been since we last spoke. It may sound corny, but having that kind of faith in someone's loyalty is a rare thing for me, and I still appreciate your friendship even if I've been absent for such a great span of time. Thanks for being there. :)
