[Terezi's voice is lilting, sing-song, and she cackles madly. It's the best way to let Kanaya know she went back, after all. At least she's hit the filter.]

I don't know a thing about any package! What package?

Terezi, I assure you I am indeed very remorseful about my actions taken immediately upon resurrection, and--

--wait. I never informed you of the events that had transpired. Then you've...?

Oh, yes! I know all about you now, Kanaya. I know all about you and your rainbow-drinkin' fantasies all come to life. It's okay, I will keep all of your secrets.

...all right, I would very much appreciate that. While I would be loathe to describe myself as ashamed of my newfound status at home, I really would rather the knowledge of it be kept to a minimum, particularly from those not immediately affected by it. *And some time later, Kanaya shows up at Terezi's new abode with a neatly wrapped package in her hands. It took her slightly longer than anticipated because the drones in the house had tracked dirt all over the wrapping, and that obviously wouldn't do. So it was freshly wrapped and everything.

Not that she expects Terezi will notice, but it's the principle of the matter. And she smiles at the other troll warmly as she approaches.* Salutations.

[foretastes]

[Nope, she doesn't notice. She sniffs the paper, though.] Thanks, fussyfangs! Can I open it here?

[chastesaw]

If you would like, I have no preference against it. *And upon opening it she'll find a teal scarf with a reddish diamond pattern meant to evoke her sunglasses all along the length.*

[foretastes]

[Terezi sniffs it delightedly.] I fucking love it! It will be like wrapping myself up in fruit punch!

What's the occasion? [She's already tying it on- around her waist.]

*Oh, good. Kanaya beams in her direction.* It's meant to commemorate the human equivalent to 12th Perigee's Eve. I believe they know it as Christmas.

I like it like this! [Terezi's looping the long leftover end of the scarf up between her legs. Stop her.]

*Stopping her! By force if necessary! No, actually Kanaya's just going to grab her wrist gently and start undoing the scarf.* Terezi, it's meant to be worn around your protein chute enclosure as protection against cold.
