I just keep running in to more info about why Omega 3 (often supplemented through fish oil) is good for you... Omega-3 deficiency may be hurting our hearts - Nutritional shortage tied to obesity, cardiovascular disease, researchers say

...so eat your greens, potatoes, and legumes, then healthy meats (grass fed beef for example) or fish/fish oil if all else fails...
