Auction: Custom Demo-Length RPG Maker XP Game
Do you have a short story that you have always wanted to see come to life? Have you ever wondered what it would be like to have all of your friends recreated in an RPG world? Do you want to immortalize your favorite roleplaying experience? Or perhaps you just want a special one-of-a-kind gift for someone this holiday season?

Well, here is what I am offering you:
One demo-length RPG (expected length between ten minutes and half an hour) made with RPG Maker XP containing YOUR story and characters. The game will be made with generic resources available in the program (graphics, system) as well any open resources available on the internet, customized by yours truly to fit your vision. Your can provide to me any writing or art that you want included in the game, or let me fill in the blanks for you. Together we will craft a short game that is personalized to you.

This packet includes:
- One dungeon consisting of up to three floors and a boss room.
- One town including townsfolk to talk to, shops to buy from, houses to visit, etc.
- Special locations can also be added upon request, though they will take extra time to implement.
- One title screen custom to your game. If desired you may provide an image for me to use.
- Credits at the end of the game, including special dedications to whomever you want to credit, as well as yourself.
- Up to four party members each with their own custom sprites and character portrait.
- Front or side view traditional RPG battle system, depending on the content of the game. (Custom enemies, etc.)
- Your choice of random encounters or walking enemies (battle begins when you touch an enemy).
- Optional levels of customization. You can be as specific or general as you would like. I will communicate openly about what I can/can’t do.
- Up to three cut-scenes using in-game mechanics.
- Alternately, if you provide character artwork or are willing to accept pre-existing character art, I can craft cut-scenes in a manner similar to this:

This packet DOES NOT include:
- Complicated battle systems, such as tactics-style or active battle systems.
- Mini-games, as this is only a demo.
- Hand-drawn art from me, including full-length character artwork, as I do not have the means to scan it.
- Custom animations, including animated cut-scenes, as I have very little experience with animation and it would look amateurish.
- Any complicated game mechanics that would take too much time to program which might be found in a full-length game.
- Material which is offensive and targets a specific group, or is exceedingly graphic in nature.

What I will bring to this project:
- Beautiful and detailed maps to explore. Creating gorgeous environments is my passion.
- Writing by an experienced media author. Dialogue will be well-written with minimal spelling or grammatical errors.
- High quality. I won’t allow your game to look bad or amateurish.
- Customized sprite graphics to best represent your characters.
- Years of experience working with the program.
- A creative mind and a willingness to experiment with the program to try and create something truly unique.
- Open communication throughout the creation of the project.

Delivery Date:
This highly depends on the amount of detail that goes into the game. If all you want is for me to throw a couple of your characters into a quick dungeon, then I could have it to you within a week. However, if you are hell-bent on getting as much out of this as possible, then it could take until the end of the year to be finished (though I would like to get it to you by Christmas at the latest). If you lie somewhere in between these two extremes, as I suspect most of you do, then expect the project to take about a month to complete. This would provide you with all of the basic RPG options I have listed.
Delivery Method:
When the game is finished I will compress and upload the necessary files to a file sharing website for you to download at your own convenience. If you are nervous downloading unknown files, please be aware that there are many free virus detection softwares on the internet that can scan the file first to ensure your safety.
