It totally IS. This was back when my sister lived in Bala Cynwyd but worked on the UPenn campus and I was visiting her.

BUSES. I HATES THEM.

It is! It's like, MILES. BUT. If you're coming from Upper Darby (i.e. Delco burbs) on Market and time the lights JUST RIGHT it can take 15 mins :D

/trivia I still know though I haven't lived there since 1994

YES

I used to work in the city, and took Septa trains. They went on strike in..1986? And I had to take the bus. A 20 min trip turned into 2 hours. WTF??
