Long time
It has been quite a bit since I last wrote something. For now a short one...
I haven't thought of this much until now, but I realized I went all 4 years of UCSD and two visits subsequent to that having never visited the GliderPort. I walked close to it on the way to Blacks beach, but that's the nearest I've ever been. It is kind of funny in a sense, because that building is associated with two failed promises at UCSD.
The first one was the fiasco with Kimberly. She actually promised straight up that we'd definitely visit it someday (while apparently having no interest in friendship of any sort). Of course, it never happened.
The second was when I wanted to visit it with Eugenia during the last quarter with her. She expressed interest after I took her to the cliffs, but she was too busy for the whole quarter and that didn't amount to anything either.
So I guess it is fitting that I ended up never visiting it. Oh well...
