UGH, dental work. I've never had to have a crown, but when I was about 12 or so, this crackpot dentist convinced my parents I needed four of my baby teeth pulled b/c the adult ones were "right there" and it could cause problems if the baby teeth were not pulled.

I had these 4 teeth pulled and I remember the blood...UGH. Plus, I am apparently one of those people that laughing gas makes cry and get very upset. Yeah.

Oh and PS -- those "right there" adult teeth didn't come in for another 2 years!

Tell me about it. Dentists and their work can just be a nightmare. Sorry you had such a bad experience. I actually had a baby tooth that would not fall out and the adult tooth was starting to come in and the dentist acted SO PUT OUT by me coming in to have this done.

I imagine laughing gas would do the same for me, I've never had it. Any time I've had general anesthesia I've had some really WEIRD reactions and experiences with it.

UGH. >:-(

I'm not jealous of what you're going through right now but know this if I could take that pain from you so I had it rather than you, then I would. I'll do everything I can to help, I love you so very much.

Yes. :-( David and I did discuss if maybe I should hold off on this work until I see a dentist over there... but I think I'll just go ahead since I already have my temporary crown right now. What a pain in the ass.

Teeth are such a huge annoyance!!!! Why do they have to be so cumbersome?

And it really does suck how expensive it all has to be. :-(

It will be about two weeks from now when my permanent crown will be ready. I'm cutting it really short!!!!! I hope this works out.

It just had to add more stress to me!! As if I didn't already have a list 2 miles long that I had to do before my move. Fark.
