You know, there are some awesome alternatives to milk (being lactose intolerant, and allergic to dairy is SO FUN!).

But milk always grossed me out anyway. Why?

BECAUSE IT'S MADE SPECIFICALLY FOR BABY MOOS. EWW!

And acne has been proven to be a hygiene and heriditary problem. Not dairy or diet and what have you. (being a tad obsessive with skin-care has taught me that.)

Keep your shit clean, and check out your parent's high school photos.

True enough, but hereditary plays an important role in those effects.

I however, am lucky that I don't have that problem. I Have good skin, I exfoliate, and try to keep it as moisturized and as clean as possible. I already have plenty of skin maladies. :3

My skin isn't really that bad either. I get the occasional zit, which I blow way out of proportion and have a conniption over, and then its gone. My goal is flawless perfection, which isn't very realistic but then again I never have been.

You're right in that acne is primarily determined by heredity. However, in those who are prone to acne, certain foods and drugs can aggravate the problem. For instance, a person who is susceptible to acne may overproduce androgens, or have a tissue sensitivity to androgens (too many receptors). The hormones present in milk and other substances such as iodine can then exacerbate these effects.

I partially agree - but I know that chocolate causes me to break out rather badly, with my mother having the same condition. I'm not sure if this allergy is considered "acne" per se, but the markings that arise after indulging in some chocolate are identical to acne... My dermatologist claims it is such.
