...and thanks to your post, I'm probably going to start experimenting with them. I mean, I've been considering cutting it out for a while. Every time I read something like this, though, it just makes me more motivated to do so. LOL!
I'm not worried about acne, so much as what's IN the milk due to the cows' diets, the treatment of the cows, and the processing. I also don't drink that much. I normally mostly use it in coffee and on cereal and for cooking.

LOL! Understood. That's why I'm still hanging on to my dairy. :P
I don't mind the cheese substitutes so much, because they can be blended with other foods. I've heard bad things about soy milk, though, and I'm not interested in soy, anyway.

Nah. She's wrong about the rice milk. And soy milk really isn't all that bad. It just doesn't taste like milk. If you dispense with expectations you could possibly enjoy them for what they are... not milk imitations.

I know but they all suck.
Soy milk tastes like Elmer's glue spiked with aspartame and rice milk, well .. let me go puke into a glass and show you what that tastes like.
Milk was my last hope for a decent breakfast.
