Animal Rights - Just KNOCK IT OFF...
Any surprise that the AR crowds are pissing and moaning over the dog for
the President's family?
1. This is a family decision. They were working with very particular
needs, low allergy, and easy to train.
2. I have had many rescue dogs, they are NOT the first choice for first
time dog owners. I'm an animal enthusiast (reformed Cat Lady) and get joy
from nut cases that I can help train.
3. Rescue dogs come with issues. This is a family in the most stressful
public position and they don't need to spend their time with more problems.
A pet is for the enhancement of the family interactions, they can help
teach members responsibility, empathy, kindness, and tolerance.
