OK so Bill called a couple minutes after leaving for the morning. His car was overheating, I picked up anti freeze enroute. Took about 1 gallon. I suggested he take my truck and I would take his vehicle home. Noooooooooo, because MAGIC will occur and the car will be FINE now. Followed him to the hospital to find that there is a HUGE leak. I go buy 2 more jugs of anti freeze and leave. Went to the Fabric Patch and met up with Rachel to pin baste a top. Left there and stopped at the Montclair Farmers Market. Very impressed and we will be using this as our new veggie outlet. Then Bill calls to tell me he has added 3 gallons now at his second stop. HELLO, at this rate he will be spending MORE in fluid than in renting a car. Al won't be back until tomorrow. He drove the car to his shop, I picked him up and brought him to the car rental site. He REALLY doesn't like driving my truck. I'm practicing slow breathing. My most difficult part is right after I draw in the breath is to not release it in a howling scream. Rachel says yes they are brilliant men and yet not. I'm smiling!
