This is part and parcel with the Reparations for the Decendents of Slaves movement. My issue is that up until Indian Gaming no one was fighting to get ONTO the reservation. When you are the poor relations by marriage no one knows you but the day you hit the lottery suddenly you owe them????
How about during the 1950's during the years of the forced sterilization of American Indian women? Where were the new tribal recruits then???
