Fortunately I payed off my MBNA card and gave them the finger, but that was really the only bill I have ever truly dreaded.

Not really, though the circumstances (while a good attempt at romantic on my part) weren't the most favorable in the world.

I would have stood up to a lot more people and opinions when I was younger. I likely would have gotten my ass kicked more often than I did, but I would have at least earned a little respect for it.

At home, eating muffins and sipping coffee with my wife, playing a little WOW, and know that all the house chores are already done.

To an extent. I think the "traditional" idea of the wedding is somewhat outdated, but I think marriage as a binding of two people will never go out of style, and I think you can make pretty much anything you like into a decent and respectful ritual if done right.
