I never thought to check the history. It's different, huh? Somehow that doesn't surprise me.

Yeah. Pretty sure there wasn't a guy named Wheaton ever running for president, but he is now.

Wheaton? Never heard of him. Let's see, 50's... Eisenhower, I think?

Truman in the beginning, Eisenhower for most of it, yeah. And they ran against Dewey and Stevenson. Just like this place, Wheaton seems to be made up.

I guess we came from the same America, or at least very similar versions of it. I was never a history buff, but that seems right to me.

World War II came out differently as well. There was no Eastern Front, and the Russians were on par with America's nuclear capabilities. Egypt got bombed as well as Japan.
