GREETINGS, foreignrelation! Your main squeeze mod, tashiro_kun here, and boy, do we mods have news for you. The good kind, I promise!

Recently, we did put this place on hiatus, mostly for inactivity reasons and partly for renovations to the game as a whole. We're all pleased to announce that foreignrelation will be open again on November 7th. A few things, though, before we get to that. The small print is behind the cut, so go!

• First, if you've checked the Claimed list lately, you'll notice that it's, well, not as full as it used to be. We mods, especially our dear Ninja secretary, have cleaned it out for a fresh start. Beginning October 31st, we will be opening claims back up to the members that already are here, should they wish to come back. Here's the catch, though: you may only claim the characters you had here previously. Keep an eye on the Claims list, and we all look forward to welcoming you all back!


• Second, the comm itself will not reopen until November 7th-- meaning that there still will be a week after we open the Claims list before we will allow you members to post to the comm. Again, we are allowing any threads to be continued, but as for new posts, there will be none until the game reopens. We all hope you understand and we thank you for your patience!


• Third, the Claims list will also open to the public at large on November 7th. We are doing this to keep the integrity of our game and keep the members that we have now, because, really, we love you guys and think that it is only fair that those who were here first get first crack at it. We also would love new players to come into the game, so please tell your friends and spread the word! Claims will run as they have before, so there will be no changes to the system at all there.


• We've also cleaned up the tags list, as you might notice now-- again, we want a fresh start here. But this "fresh start" does not mean that any of the events in the game are wiped from the slate, either-- if you so wish, you may keep your characters' memories as they are, or you may completely erase them and start over for maximum hilarity. Either way, we won't mind, and it is entirely at the players' discretion!
