500 bucks on the floor...
Today I was walking back from a restaurant to my car and this girl runs by me.. she was in a hurry, clearly. I walk one more block and i find a 100 dollar bill on the floor, lift it and there were 4 more inside.... there were 500 bucks. So i start walking to the police station which was right accross from the parking lot, but when I turn around... I see the same girl running back. So I decided to ask here if she had lost something.. (didnt mention the money just in case) and she said she had lost her money, so I gave it back to her. I'm glad she came back bc it was really cold and I didnt wanna walk to the police station, and I certainly did not want to keep the money...I wouldnt b able to live knowing that i have someone else's 500 bucks.
I just mentioned the story bc many of u know Im trying to save 500 bucks to buy a new camera and I was thinking how awesome that would've been... since ive only saved about 15 bucks so far. But nothign could feel better than returning that money, I know i would've been very grateful if someone found my 500 bucks and either returned them or went to the police station instead of keeping them...I once found an ipod on the floor on Mt. Royal Av. and turned it in too..... I just cant keep things that arent mine, I feel bad.
