Abilities
Character's Canon Abilities: [wiki]Chakra control • Chakra is the supernatural energy within the body which enables ninja of the Naruto world to perform ninjutsu and other amazing feats. Among other things, Madara can utilize chakra to move at high speed, scale walls and ceilings, and recover from attacks at a slightly quicker rate than a normal human. Chakra is the base for all of his techniques, and Madara is noted to possess abnormally great amounts of it. This helps him to maintain an appearance of eternal youth.

Rinnegan [wiki] • A bloodline limit so powerful it was once believed to be only a legend. Madara's left eye possesses the Rinnegan that once belonged to Nagato, enabling him to use every elemental style and consequently every technique in existence, including the Six Paths.

Sharingan [wiki] • Madara's original bloodline limit, the eye technique possessed by the Uchiha clan. In its most basic form, the Sharingan allows him to see all chakra and to recognize and break through any illusion. It also grants high perception to track subtle or fast movements, and the ability to learn any skill (not limited by bloodline) by observing it just once. Madara retains his Sharingan in his right eye, and it has advanced to the Eternal Mangekyō Sharingan stage of development so that he appears unaffected by the usual consequences of overuse (namely, blindness).

Amaterasu [wiki] • Madara can set anyone on fire just by looking at them. These supernatural black flames burn as hot as the sun. Nothing-- absolutely nothing-- will extinguish them, and they'll burn for seven days and nights unless Madara himself actually withdraws them. Of course if one tosses off one's burning clothes before the flames reach one's skin, one has a good chance of saving oneself from painful death.

Tsukuyomi [wiki] • This jutsu is the reason no one should ever look Madara in the eye. To activate it, all he has to do is meet someone's gaze. From there, he's in their head. He can twist all of someone's memories and force them to relive their worst experiences, or make them experience all new nightmares of his own invention. This is an illusion that goes beyond illusion. He can make someone perceive a second as a hundred years, and fill all of that space with endless tortures and pain that feels completely real. Even the most skilled psychics would have trouble with this one. It's stated that only someone from his bloodline could break out of Tsukuyomi using their own Sharingan. Using this also physically weakens the victim, usually putting them in a coma for a few days.

Mind Control • This appears to be a sub-technique related to Tsukuyomi, as mentioned in Madara's eccentric Moon's Eye Plan and his "Infinite Tsukuyomi", which he will utilize to control everyone in the world. Tsukuyomi appears to open a gateway into the mind that makes it fresh for manipulating, since it gives him the ability to control someone's senses and make them believe in the world he creates in their mind. It also seems to be how he controls the Tailed Beasts, and Kyuubi in particular at several points in history. This is the technique he used to puppet the Fourth Mizukage during his rule over Kirigakure.

Izanagi [wiki] • The most forbidden of forbidden techniques. This jutsu bends reality itself. It's not an illusion. It's an undo button. Did you just manage to actually impale Madara through the chest without letting him get away? Is his heart now speared on your blade, his blood coating your hands? Are you actually... actually victorious in the battle against great evil? NO. You aren't. Because he just completely reversed that. It's the godmode of all godmodes. It's bending reality to his whim. It's making an illusion, whatever Madara wishes, come to life. But every time he uses it, it completely ruins the Sharingan he used to cast it. Therefore, unless he gets his hands on another Sharingan, this is a one-time-use-only jutsu.

Space/Time Teleportation [wiki] • Madara's most used technique. Most ninja use a technique that looks similar, but they're really just moving very fast. Madara himself slips in and out of existence at will. This can be his entire body or just parts of it, which makes it virtually impossible to land an attack on him unless he is caught by surprise. It's best to operate on the assumption that Madara is not actually solid at any moment unless he is physically interacting with something, although he can only actually remain intangible for five minutes at a time. Normally he can teleport himself and others into an entirely different dimension, but he obviously can't do that while the Pull is in effect.

Regeneration • Madara has displayed the ability to tear off his limbs and regenerate them. This is likely due to his possession of Hashirama Senju's cells, possibly in combination with Zetsu's regenerative cells. There is some delay before his limbs appear to be restored, generally over a day.
Weapons: A kusarigama attached to a gunbai uchiwa.

History/Personality/Plans/etc.
Character History: [wiki]

Point in Canon: Chapter 515Madara and Kabuto have just finished interrogating Yamato. They proceed to summon an army of the dead to fight their war against the allied shinobi, then begin their march.
Character Personality:It's easy to dismiss Madara as crazed and bloodthirsty, and that might not be too far from the truth. After all, he initially gained his Mangekyo Sharingan by murdering his best friend, and after he went blind he gouged out the eyes of his own little brother for transplantation. Whatever stands in his way is an obstacle to be torn down and everything else is assessed in terms of its usefulness to him. The lengths to which Madara will go in his quest for power are seemingly endless, and so his calls for rebellion against the established order can be easily interpreted as a selfish attempt to climb to the top. And that would not be an incorrect assumption, either.

Yet, although he can be heartless, he is not brainless. To assume that he is barbaric and unintelligent would be entirely incorrect. Madara is a mastermind. He has all the patience that an immortal would have, more interested in seeing things through correctly than in seeing them done quickly. He arranges his puppets with care and is content to sit back and watch the show. Manipulation is his favorite game. Whether it's through intimidation, friendship, or outright fabrication, he prefers to use others to carry out his plans.

He has a calm and cool demeanor with overtones of arrogance befitting a man whose abilities are comparable to those of a god's. And like a god, he speaks down to others. He makes no secret of the fact that he uses others as tools, and insults anyone and everyone at some point or another with no regard for politeness or sympathy. He shows his contempt for others openly but (despite his penchant for twisting facts) holds a policy of honesty when discussing his personal feelings about people or situations. This means that though he is insolent and discourteous, he acknowledges the impressions that others make upon him. He speaks in admiration of his enemies' skills and accomplishments while at the same time plotting to destroy them. It's almost as if he has difficulty distinguishing between love and hatred.

Madara can also be incredibly charismatic when he's feeling assured in his power. He is highly energetic, talkative, and has a great deal of zest for life. People who stay on his good side have an opportunity to enjoy his sharp sense of humor, vivacious personality, and the simple but apt words of wisdom he sometimes has to offer. He loves to tease those around him, which can be charming or irritating depending on his mood. Oftentimes he acts much more idiotic than he actually is, either as a tactic for getting others to lower their guard or simply because it amuses him. He tends to remain casual and jovial, if sarcastic at times, even with those who might be considered his enemies.

But underneath the charm and jocularity, he carries his grudges and waits for the opportunity to fulfill what he calls his "destiny of hatred", revenge for the mistreatment of his ancestors, descendants, and (most of all) himself. When it comes to his subordinates, he has no tolerance for disobedience or betrayal. Maintaining stability is difficult for him as he believes those around him, even his allies, are plotting against him. He likes to imagine that he is always one step ahead of everyone and any hints to the contrary awaken his paranoia. He can tolerate blows to his pride, but he will not stand to let anyone challenge his authority. To cross him means to invite death.
Character Plans:He'll immediately settle in with AGI, as he only needs to destroy the Core in order to teleport back to his world. He'll be opening an onsen staffed with slaves and newcomers to provide pleasure and relaxation to Siren's Port's most wealthy and powerful citizens, and will also use this as Akatsuki's base of operations.

First Person SampleStop this at once! OH OH OH I demand to be sent home immediately! I have very important things to do! OH this is just awful! Help help I've been kidnapped!!!

...

Just kidding.

These are pretty nifty gadgets, aren't they? Technology around here isn't so bad at all. Color me impressed.

Well, hello everyone! I've taken a bit of time to get to know you through this little machine, but I'm still getting used to it all. You'll have to forgive mistakes this old man makes.

So. This cage is a lot nicer than any others I've seen. For one, it actually manages to hold me. But the set-up is very nice, oh yes, with the greeters and these free apartments. Very generous.

Now I wonder if this voice sounds familiar to any among you..?
Third Person SampleThe sensation of interdimensional teleportation was hardly unfamiliar to him. That he was being yanked through space and time would have given him no reason to so much as blink were it not for the fact that, this time, it was entirely out of his control. This was what it felt to be summoned, and when he found himself falling to the ground, his first act was to cast about for who it was that had summoned him.

At least he could rule out Kabuto, who had been standing just beside him moments ago.

But he could think of no one else, and the empty field gave him no certain answer. He could only tell that this was not where he had been, and that it was another world and era entirely. The signs around him were not in his language but he understood them. (With the Rinnegan's help? Who knew.) The architecture was foreign in style, with buildings like mountains, and he could smell the sea in the air. Curious.

Madara rose to his feet, pulling his mask off since there was no one in sight, and took a deeper breath of that air. Well, what to do now? This wasn't even enemy territory. It was alien. And in that case, he had no reason to hide himself. But he also had no idea how to proceed. His plan, clearly, was now on hold. Frustrating but of little consequence. Slaughter was slaughter was slaughter. If he hungered for it, he could do it in any world. At the moment, orientation took priority.

He turned, walking causally to the nearest building.
