My parent's sold their house to the second family that looked at it. That's an insane turnover. Now, their moving into a duplex in the 'trashy-but-only-by-suburban-white-people-standards' (aka totally not trashy) because they can't afford two homes, BUT when they retire in ten years they are going to retire here:
