I'm ALIVE!!!!
Hello, I am not dead, honest... just very very hectic life! At the moment I'm finnishing off my Leadership qualifiction and Commonwealth Award as well as taking over as Guider in charge of our horrible lot! o_0 If anyone saw Inside out last week (6th) the Brownie unit was on! It was vry exciting, very glad I missed that, a our Guides are awful, b I don't get home between 8am and midnight on mondays and c Vanessa was a bitch to the lovely Brownie leader...but hey, all is of the fun and games... ooh if anyone knows any quick and easy international snacks and sweets the Guides could cook I would love the recipies!
Hmm Archery is going well, not shooting too great but I am working on stuff so there is still of the hope. Jill and Travis want to do the expedition for their Duke of Edinburgh Gold and since I cover almost all of the requirements with Queens Guide I m hoping to join them... anyone know of any nice places to hike round? It is our AGM soon, so we will have to sort out who is going to be Captain, basically out of Mark and I!
Pimlico Connections is still going well, the children are soo sweet and enthusiastic, and think I am fantastic and a genius, which is nice even if it is only once a week!
Oooh obviously the most important thing, I am getting a proper Valentine's Day!! Hopefully with a card to me not my fish! :oD It is very exciting, we are cooking something sweet and sour, watching star wars ep 3 and I am going to suggest a nice tub of chocolate icecream... or strawberries...or both... But it was lovely spending all last weekend together, and we found a lovely chineese near south ken station, not cheap, but not expensive and well worth it!
Hmmm can't really think of much else that I have been up to in my not-dead state... but yes, very alive, frigteningly organised, and very very tired! Oh that was it, I'm also sorting out new sections for the archery website... and if anyone else round London needs a DofE Gold expedition, practise before Easter and final in the summer, then you are more than welcome!
